Google personalizes results based on your unique search history and that means you don't get your accurate page rank. If the keywords that you are targetting is "cheap PLR", you can search in Firefox and you see immediately that your rank is #5 on Google.
Just after that you then sign in to your Gmail account in Firefox. You search again for oyur keywords. Your website is ranked #20 on Google.
You then switch to Internet Explorer. You search again. Your website is ranked #10 in Google.
